for advice and answers from our community. The forum is regularly monitored by staff. After that, our first line of support is the Help ticket system within the Plesk Control Panel. Issues can be resolved most quickly by registering a ticket in that system. Our telephone support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. You can call our support line at 1-781-647-4454 and speak to our support staff if your issue requires it. Outside of our phone support hours, the Help Ticket System is monitored and issues will be addressed as soon as possible.

We support operational and configuration issues of our servers and the control panel. We cannot provide free support for our clients scripting or programming. If we find that your issue is in client scripting or programming, we will offer to troubleshoot it at our normal programming rate of $85.00 per hour.
